Who We Are

Growing up on job sites with a father as an electrician, you could say construction is in our blood! This wasn’t always the path for Nicole Slaughter, our CEO, but now that we’re here we can’t imagine doing anything else.

Nicole has been in the construction industry in Salado since 2017 and has hit the ground running. She enjoys making a house a home and the entire process, but her favorite part of building is the beginning, planning stages when you visualize it all on paper and slowly let it come to life.

It’s so surreal to see a dream become someone’s forever home that they are proud to have friends and family visit.
